Mr. Ligare read
Environmental Sciences at Makerere University. He is a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with a rich job experience, having worked in various sectors including humanitarian, banking, extractive (oil&gas), marine conservation, agricultural, and community development. He is also trained in Disaster Management and Conflict Analysis. He has traversed the country on job assignments and understands norms and cultures of majority of Kenyan communities. Mr. Ligare actually has a bias for field jobs because of the unique challenges and learning opportunities each of these presents. His pastime activities include reading, writing and traveling to new destinations.
